More information about Bob Reale:

Mr. Reale had a successful 30-year career managing complex IT projects and selling over $50 million dollars of enterprise software and IT services. He moved to Coral Bay in 2018 and worked as an instructor and Basketball Coach at Gifft Hill School. He also served as a Grant Writer and Volunteer for the Island Green Living Association. Mr. Reale joined the Coral Bay Community Council as an Environmental Programs Associate in 2021 and left late in 2022. In that capacity he was responsible for spearheading a series of events, workshops, and programs aimed at reducing the amount of solid waste that is produced in the VI and also authored numerous materials and papers to support these initiatives. He has worked closely with the Virgin Islands Green Technology Center and the Virgin Islands Waste Management Association in the past and is an active proponent of Net Zero lifestyle and an advocate for a Circular Economy. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and earned an ENCORE Fellowship in Nonprofit Management from their Nonprofit Management Program.
